I asked my line manager for a second opinion before phoning the insurers about the car. The look on his face told me all I needed to know. esure's approved bodywork repairer will be picking it up on Friday, leaving me with a courtesy car for the duration. We'll see how this "no claims protection" actually works in a couple of months' time.
