Mmmm

Last night's experiment with Butternut Squash and Chorizo soup was fine on the taste/warmth scale, but perhaps a little lacking on the filling scale. Tonight's Shropshire Pie, made with the rabbit I got from Newbury Farmers' Market, scores highly on both. It was a bit fiddly to make, mainly because the rabbit was a whole carcass and I am not a butcher, but definitely worth the effort. And some English Mead from kharin is going down well, too.
